Cover Story
In each issue of Stitches, we award a 3M Littmann Master Cardiology
stethoscope to the medical practitioner who contributed the story
selected as cover story for that issue.
Anecdotal Evidence
In each
issue of Stitches, we award a prize to the physician whose medical
anecdote was selected as the best chosen in that issue. And from the
six winning entries, we choose the best anecdote of the year and award
a grand prize.
Cartoon Caption Contest
And
to the contestant who submitted the best caption for the cartoon
published in the previous issue, Stitches presents a framed copy of the
cartoon with the winning caption.
Beyond these regular
competitions, we routinely host other contests as suitable occasions
arise, with typical prizes ranging from genuine Stitches mugs and
T-shirts to Stitches books and pens.
